Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Upload photos you own or are authorized to use, including permission from identifiable people. Do not use the service for deception, unlawful activity, non-consensual imagery or infringement of another person’s rights.
The generated video
One Oouuh video is a twelve-second vertical 720p MP4 and uses 20 credits. Two reference edits are assembled with the current template’s continuous original male vocal and ukulele recording. Photos change appearance, not the recorded voice. AI likeness, hands, motion and lip timing can contain errors. No particular result or exact match to an example is guaranteed.
Credit packs and generation failures
Generation requires a verified account and purchased credits. Packs are one-time purchases in USD; applicable tax appears at checkout. Credits are for this independent service and do not transfer to other websites. Confirmed failed jobs restore their reserved credits once. An ambiguous provider submission may be held for review to prevent duplicate charges.
Payment help and refunds
Waffo processes payments. Contact hello@oouuhai.org with your order reference for a payment problem or refund request. Requests are reviewed individually, including any credits already used. Refunds and disputes are handled manually. Your applicable statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Rights and sharing
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the performers, artists or original trend creators. Inclusion of the reference recording does not grant you ownership of the underlying music, artist publicity rights or unrestricted commercial-use rights. Check the rights and platform requirements relevant to your intended use. Review your output before sharing and identify synthetic media where appropriate.
Prohibited content
- Pornography / NSFW: pornographic or sexually explicit content, sexualized nudity, and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited.
- Violence / gore: violent attacks, torture, graphic injuries, gore, credible threats, or content encouraging violence or self-harm are prohibited.
- Hate speech: content promoting hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics is prohibited, as is targeted harassment.
- Child-unsafe content / CSAM: child sexual abuse material, sexualization, grooming, exploitation or abuse of anyone under 18 is prohibited, including synthetic, fictional and age-ambiguous depictions.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive or non-consensual depictions of real people, sexual deepfakes, fabricated endorsements, fraud, or using someone's likeness without permission are prohibited.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights is prohibited, including unauthorized music, artist voice imitation, or misleading use of another brand.
Moderation, reports and appeals
Text prompts must receive an allow verdict from the safety service before generation. Provider safety filtering is also enabled. Automated checks have limitations and do not mean every output is manually approved. We may restrict videos, suspend accounts or reject requests that violate our policy. Report content or appeal a decision. The AI content policy describes our review process and response commitments.
Availability and contact
